As part of our stock auditing service you would receive the following standard reports

Sales and usage report:

Individual breakdown of sales and current trends. Opening and closing stocks. Deliveries and returns are also on this report.

Sales and gross margins report:

Individual product sales at both cost and selling values.

Current cost and selling prices and gross profit percentages for each item.

Stock days and product closing values complete this report.

Stocktaking report:

The overall stock result, gross profit and closing value of all stock on hand, and a detailed breakdown of allowances.

Group analysis provides further information on sales mix, stock days and profitability.

Historical Report:

The salient points of the previous stock audit reports.

Till Analysis Report:

An in-depth report that allows complete control of individual products. It pin-points problem areas and highlights discrepancies in your bar products.

In the case of multi-bar operations and where a cellar requisition system is in use, separate bar reports are provided.

In addition to the above for each bar, overall house and cellar reports are provided.
